The digitalisation of administration services is becoming increasingly important. The Municipality of Brissago is particularly attentive to this evolution and has decided to improve digital communication. The main innovations include a newsletter to send information on the Municipality’s activities, a virtual gateway and the e-citizen portal.

The newsletters it will allow you to receive periodic updates on the activities of the Municipality by e-mail, as well as information in case of special events. We invite you to register by connecting to the address www.brissago.ch/newsletter or by going to the Municipal Chancellery and filling in the appropriate form. Important communications will also be transmitted in German and French.

The consultation of documents, the carrying out of files and the request for documents is simplified through online services provided by the municipal administration. It is a new communication channel between the Municipality and its citizens, open 24 hours a day and 7 days a week. 

The e-citizen portal allows you to independently carry out various practices without the need to go to the counter, including requesting certificates, viewing the status of your tax account, obtaining information about your properties, consulting and notifying your drinking water consumption, paying taxes and fees by credit card. To access it, simply connect to the address www.brissago.ch/cittadino and select the ‘Request access’ link.

In any case, personal contact with citizens remains essential for us. The Registry and all the services of the Administration are at your disposal to answer any questions you may have.
