Event application

Please fill in all relevant fields and attach the necessary and requested documents.
Incomplete forms cannot be treated appropriately.

The application must reach the Municipal Chancellery within two months from the date of the event. The City Hall reserves the right to evaluate requests received outside the procedure.

The responsible person must always be available during all phases of the event and ensure
the conduct of the same in compliance with the conditions indicated in the municipal resolution.

Contact person (Responsible for the event)

The designated person must be present on the spot and will be responsible for compliance with the obligations referred to in Article 43 of the Regulation on hotels and restaurants and will also be responsible to the Cantonal Laboratory for compliance with food regulations.
For special permits beyond the 4th day, the responsible person must be in possession of a diploma in accordance with the Law on Hotel and Catering.

  • Copy of RC insurance certificate (minimum coverage CHF 3'000'000.–)
  • Event planimetry (scale planimetry indicating the areas to be occupied and the measurements of the individual installations)
  • Copy of the operator's licence (for events longer than 4 days)
