TheTerritorial Planning Office the Municipality of Brissago defines the use and destination of the territory through tools such as the Regulatory Plan (PR), i Detail Plans (PP), road and environmental plans. It deals with the development and updating of variants to the PR, in accordance with the Cantonal Director Plan and the new legislative provisions.

Services offered

• Planning desk: Deplores the consultation of the PR, PP and related Implementation Standards (NAPR). It provides information on procedures related to PR publications, how to submit comments and planning tools in place.
• Advice and support: Assistance for the reading and application of the Regulatory Plan, clarifications on building indices, intended uses and territorial constraints.
• Planner updates: Management of requests for changes to the PR and instruction of any variants, in collaboration with the cantonal bodies in charge.
• Project coordination: Collaboration with the municipal technical offices for the management of infrastructural interventions and territorial development.
