Thethe Drinking Water Company The Municipality of Brissago guarantees the water supply to all residents and domiciled persons, exercising the exclusive right of distribution throughout the municipality. Operating as a public law body, it is managed by the City Hall and supervised by the City Council.

The springs located on the slopes of Mount Ghiridone feed the tanks that serve the different areas of the municipality, including the core of the Piano, the hamlets of Madonna di Ponte and Caregnano, as well as the areas of Piodina, Incella and Porta. The water distributed is exclusively of spring origin and fully meets the legal requirements for potability.
