- Certificate of domicile: certifies the applicant's domicile in the Municipality, specifying the dates of arrival and possible departure.
- Residence permit: confirms the actual domicile in the municipality and is used to legitimise the stay in another municipality.
- Certificate of good conduct: attests to the honesty, moral integrity and dignity of a person.
- Certificate of legal capacity/civil rights: certifies legal capacity and possession of civil rights.
- Certificate of Existence in Life: Confirm that a person is alive at the time of the request.
- Naturalizations and marriages: management of naturalization practices and issuing of the necessary certificates for marriage.
