Through the activities of this section, the political will for land use and zoning is expressed through planning, technical and legal documents such as the Master Plan (PR), detailed plans (PP), road plans and plans closely related to the environment.

The section also deals with the development and adaptation of PR variants required by planning decisions at a higher level: e.g. Cantonal Master Plan or as a result of new legislative provisions.
